Prepare another cup of lukewarm water, and stir in just enough that the dough comes cleanly away from the bowl, but is not so sticky that you can't get the spoon out. <br /><br />Cover with a towel and set in a warm place. Let rise for 4 hours.<br /><br />Makes one large round, two small loaves, or two 12-inch pizza crusts.
